I received mine yesterday. I got as "special" a He 219 in Streib markings. What are the other special markings available ?

For the Hs219 I am only aware of 1x "special" at this time
Occasionaly F-Toys ave placed another super secret special into the product batch, although this approach appears to have been replaced with the lottery item which requires teh colelction of 5-6 tokens for each application.
There is an updated set of pcitures now covering all the aircraft and markings at the following site:
