The Bv222 and C-47 were on the original list and, indeed, have both been released. One Bv222 has even made it onto evilBay. The rest, however, are new additions. For instance, according to the original list, other Italian items to join the Cant Z1007-bis and Piaggio P.108 on the way are the Savoia-Marchetti SM79 and Fiat Br20, so the Cant Z506B further boosts our 1/144 Regia Aeronautica stocks.

Whilst the Me323 will be one heavy bit of model like Bv222, I'm really looking forward to seeing the Ju86 in the scale as earlier Luftwaffe aircraft are fairly sparse in the scale. Perhaps they could add a Do17E, P or Z?

Well, I didn't win it...BUT then I got a second chance offer!!!
So I am now the proud owner (don't tell the wife!!) of the Bv222 beast. I will take some detail pics and send them to Martin when I have it.
If you want other angles of the Piaggio as well let me know?

it was tricky looking for it on Ebay as it was listed as "Bv 222" NOT "Bv222"! makes a difference if you don't put the quotes in.

interestingly, Bad Cat Toys has announced that a lot of these IXO items are now delayed to 2009 and that the US distributor may be changing!

Its curious isnt it!

i have just bought one from a french seller and he had 3x for sale!

i think the ebay search filters are doing their best to conceal items as usual!
