I liked all 3 itens... the he-111 is much better than old Crown/minicraft,..P-61 and g3n are good because they are unrealeased itens and I think the chances of get these planes as kit(injected) are very rare...
ReplyDeleteSo the specials are only painting variations?
Japanese planes are G3M2 Model 22
ReplyDeleteNavy Type 96 Attack bomber Code Name NELL

ReplyDeletebd99
Yep..but before I was thinking in make a V-1+He111 combo... I was waiting for a special version with this combo..Like they did with Betty+Okha(I still don´t have this combo.. I was thinking if someone can´t make a resin copy )
ReplyDeleteNell was one of Jap bombers I waited since Hasegawa/IMai have a good line of bombers...and Nell wasn´t represented..
Robert,
ReplyDeleteInteresting you mention a V1-He 111 combo as I'm looking to build both unmanned & manned (Fieseler Fi103) versions of the V1 in the hopefully not-too-distant future. Is there a kit of the V1 available or were you, like myself, contemplating scratchbuilding?
Cheers,
Greg
Greg
ReplyDeletei am not sure of kit being out there for the V1.
.
i know that Pendraken do one, its not on their web page but if you inquire they do some V1 & Launch ramp, plus V2 + Hanomag & Meillerwagen - i think its menat to be 10-12mm scale, but the V1 does seem a little oversize espc comared to teh smaller n-centricities version, but to be honest i havent checked which is most accurate!
there are some resources here:
http://www.postwarv2.com/modelkits/modelkits.html
http://www.currell.net/models/mod_free.htm
also N-centricities used to a comprehensive set of V1 & v2 in 1/160
the guy who runs n-centricities has taken the site down for now but is due to relaunch (excuse the pun) later this year.
however he can be found on the "railwaygun" or "N-military" forums on yahoo. - there may even be others there who can point you in the right direction?
