1/144 F-Toys IJN ???
================
.
http://d.hatena.ne.jp/ftoys/.
F-Toys tease with a picture on their blog!, looks like a IJN (well it has floats!?) drom WWII.
.Will this be an all IJN series or a mix bag? all float planes or varied types?
.It does look they they could be complete models, but previously "Wing Kit" series have been shown as built models before being released as kits.......
.
Still, at least F-Toys is "keeping the faith"
Its a Aichi Jake?
ReplyDeletewell at least we could let the academy kit rest in peace..
If the theme is floatplanes could have the arado 196 ,a kingfisher and walrus?
but if is IJN...
plenty of IJN floatplanes left to do :-)
ReplyDeleteagree with anonymous - plenty of ijn floatplanes to do.
ReplyDeletebut i would love an arado AND walrus as well.
Hello guys,
ReplyDeletei know this isnt the very correct place to post this, but i have a question for f-toys collectors.
Who has built his f-toys planes with open chassis and dont need the stands anymore? I'm searching for these and want to buy 15-20 stands.
So if you dont need them anymore and want to sell them plz feel free to write a mail to : LaSource at chello.at
thank you!
thanx

ReplyDeletearado AND walrus would be nice!
ReplyDeleteYes, definitely a Jake.
ReplyDeleteIt would be nice to think that the set was "Floatplanes of WW2", then we would get a chance at things like the Ar196. However, I'm inclined to believe it will be "Wing Kit Vol.3" concentrating on IJN and IJA items.
Don't forget that both Peter Hawkins and Don Schmenk do resin Ar196A's and Peter does a Walrus. Of course, you can always purchase that 1/144 Bismarck which comes with a couple of Arados ... if you have more money than most Western economies, that is!
