The forum is back up and running. However, I understand some members are still having issues with accessing the site and are obtaining #500 errors.
The forum and Cloudflare isn't blocking individuals as a rule, it will challenge people who it thinks maybe a risk. I don't 100% know how this works as its down to Cloudflare's "magic sauce"...
- Certain countries which have a history of hosting spam/bot agents are also not blocked, but will be presented with a "challenge dialogue".
- Some users have reported issues with the "Firefox Browser" and/or Mobile vs PC access, where they can access via one device and not another.
Some browser / caching issues can be addressed by
- Pressing "Ctrl + F5" keys, which performs a hard refresh in most web browsers (such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Opera), which forces the browser to bypass its local cache and re-download all page elements (like images, scripts, and CSS files) directly from the web server.
other options are:
- Windows / Linux (Chrome, Edge, Firefox):
Ctrl + F5orCtrl + Shift + R - Mac (Chrome, Firefox):
Cmd + Shift + R - Mac (Safari): Hold
Shiftand click the Reload button, or empty the cache from the Safari menu. - Chromebook: Pressing
Ctrl + F5takes a full-screen screenshot instead of refreshing
Anyone with issues, please note the following - so that i can keep track of issues:
- http codes/messages
- any references, IDs or hash values
- operating system,
- browser(s) do you use
- mobile or desktop
- what country are you in
- Are you using a VPN?
- mobile carrier or network provider?
