Eduard released the single seater and 2-seat kits in 2007,
Interestingly Trumpeter was shceduled to release thier kit the same year.... maybe they decided to wait?
The options for the Trumpter are interesting, although some have commeted the panel lines are a little, but does have intertering addtions.
The Eduard has photoetched parts on the 2 seat, if you look hard enough there is even a baged bversion with czech decals for the post war AVIA prodcution 262s
With that layout and those connectors for the parts looks like it was designed as a snap together kit....wonder who commissioned this to release as a trading mini? Trumpeter themselves perhaps?
Still, if it is too shonky the parts will come in handy to augment/modify the Eduard kit I suppose
The Griffon models, sells a good pack with resin and PE to 262.
They are so good, the modelimex sells it.
