i wonder if this is due to logistics, success of the original launch, or as i hav enoticed that sometimes products are released in different parts of Japan on different dates?
It is strange however to see a differnce of 2 months between release dates? If this was only down to the logistics of geographical distribution?

Wish our 7-Elevens here in Oz sold trading minis! Then again, they'd probably cost twice as much as we're paying for them now over the Web. :-(
In past F-Toys releases, there were slight variations between the eastern and western regions. One that comes to mind is the Heliborne Vol 1. The kits were basically the same, but had different numbers painted on. US Apache serial numbers were 308 in the east & 310 in the west. Greek Apache was 1007 in the east & 1008 in the west. Seaking A was #64 in the east, but #7 in the west. Seaking B was 6 in the east & 7 in the west. Marine One Seaking chase item was only released in the east. Apollo 11 recovery Seaking was released only in the west.
So, I'm curious if they'll have different special paint version with the east vs west release.
